These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the website or use our services. Greenfield Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Greenfield Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing provides concrete flooring services, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, garage floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, concrete resurfacing, concrete grinding and surface preparation, and related services for residential and commercial properties.
Services are provided in Greenfield, California and surrounding areas as listed on our website. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates provided by Greenfield Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on an in-person assessment of the work site. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes, if conditions discovered during the project differ materially from those identified during the initial assessment, or if material costs change due to factors outside our control.
Verbal quotes provided over the phone are estimates only and are not binding. A written estimate provided after an on-site visit constitutes the official pricing for the project.
Additional charges may apply for work required beyond the agreed scope, including but not limited to: unforeseen concrete repairs, moisture mitigation, removal of previous coatings or contaminants, or any other condition not visible or disclosed at the time of the initial assessment. We will notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
Scheduled project dates are confirmed upon written agreement and any required deposit. We make every effort to maintain scheduled start dates, but we may need to reschedule due to weather conditions, prior project delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee. Any non-refundable deposits will be forfeited upon customer cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or contract for each project. A deposit may be required prior to scheduling and securing materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of your estimate. We reserve the right to halt or suspend work on any project where payment is not received according to the agreed terms. Balances not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
You are responsible for clearing the work area prior to the scheduled start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes removing vehicles, furniture, equipment, stored items, and any other property from the work area. Failure to clear the area may result in a delay, additional charges, or rescheduling at our discretion.
You are responsible for disclosing any known conditions that may affect the project, including prior coatings, moisture issues, structural cracks, or chemical contamination. Failure to disclose known conditions may void any warranty and may result in additional charges for remediation work.
Where a warranty is provided, it will be stated specifically in your written estimate or contract. Any warranty provided by Greenfield Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by: customer neglect or misuse, failure to follow care instructions, physical damage, chemical damage from substances not covered in care guidelines, water intrusion through the substrate not identified at the time of installation, acts of nature, or conditions that were not disclosed prior to the project.
Except as expressly stated in a written warranty, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenfield Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
If you have a dispute with us arising from our services or these terms, please contact us directly at team@greenfieldepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be addressed without formal proceedings.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greenfield, California, in accordance with the applicable rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization, unless prohibited by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Monterey County, California.
